If I have a 6* R4 Corvus awakened. Should I take and rank up my 7* unawakened Corvus? I know he’s still OP without the awakening abilities. But I can R5 and ascend my 6* who is awakened.

Totally agree. Waste of resources. I have a 7 star duped rank 3 corvus. Regardless 6star Corvus not worth the resources since the 7star is out. Eventually we all will have one.

It's bizarre to me that you're complaining about ascending Corvus, when allowing players agency to mitigate RNG and higher starred champion scarcity is the whole point of ascension. You choose what champ you'll ascend. Or you wait to avoid ascending a champ you're going to get anyway. It's the same deal as awakening gems. Another means to mitigate the punishment of being on the bleeding edge of the game's progression. It's your choice. Embrace it as a way to make your set of Champions more functional.
